USDA Organic Certification Through QAI
QAI is a USDA-accredited certifying agency, approved to provide certification to the national organic standards, under a federal regulation created by the USDA and administered by the National Organic Program (NOP). The USDA Organic Seal and the QAI mark both stand for assurance that a product has been verified as organic in compliance with the strict USDA federal regulations for organic. As part of our USDA accreditation, QAI ensures ongoing compliance at every link in the organic production chain by actively updating programs and policies to NOP guidelines.
Global Standards For Foods Safety Certification Through BRCGS
BRCGS is an international Food Safety Management Systems standard, and is one of the GFSI recognized certification schemes. It contains requirements for food processors to follow to build an effective food safety management system. There are also editions of the standard for food packaging manufacturers, storage and distribution and now agent and brokers.
